My device is offline. What should I do?
If you’ve ever encountered the above message while trying to access your device, and wondering how to fix it, you are at the right place!
There are a number of different root causes potentially leading to an Offline status. In this article we are explaining simple troubleshooting tips.
- Please check that your Android device is charged, turned on and connected to the Internet. You can use wifi or mobile network, just make sure you have data coverage.
- Confirm that the Webkey Client App is installed on your device (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.webkey).
- Make sure that you are logged in to your Webkey account.
In case you have multiple accounts, verify that you are logged in to the same account from both your browser and your device. - Open the Webkey Client App and switch the toggle “ON”.
